Greg Kelly Principal

Greg is the principal of Kelly Lawyers having established the practice in 1984. In 1999 he commenced practicing in Racecourse Road Ascot where he is responsible for leading and managing the overall strategic direction of the practice.

In the competitive Brisbane market he is recognised for providing quality legal services and forming long lasting client relationships. Throughout his legal career, Greg has practiced in a number of areas of law, however he has always maintained a focus on Succession Planning and Estate Law and Commercial and Property. Greg is a skilled negotiator and uses this skill in his daily practice where possible in resolving disputes for clients, however he is also skilled in litigation where court intervention is necessary. Greg also has the benefit of working collaboratively with Kelly Lawyers’ Family Law specialist, Lindsey Miles as well as his other experienced and enthusiastic team members.

Greg is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (S.T.E.P) and keeps up to date with local and international developments through resources and regularly attending conferences for professional development and legal training. Greg also regularly speaks to property and community groups informing of recent legislative changes that may affect them personally or their business.
